My contribution to Easter Treats – carrot sticks and bunny tails. So delicious, and of course, healthy. Just trying to make healthy eating fun!

Chet loved these, and as per usual, I had to cut him off. But since the ingredients are so pure, I had no problem letting him indulge! You only live once, right?

Here's the recipe! From the genius mind of the only and only @yaworsky_wellness

Chocolate Chip Energy Balls

- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup dates, pits removed
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Add dates, almonds and sea salt into high speed blender or food processor and blend until mixed well into a thick, sticky mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips. Roll mixture into small balls, slightly smaller than a golf ball. Pour the coconut flakes into a small dish and roll the balls into the coconut to coat completely. Put in the fridge. Enjoy!
