Chocolate Custard

Wow!! This was so unbelievably delicious. You only need a little taste to hit the spot.

Rich, decadent, full of flavour and totally chocolaty. I'd pair it with a light coconut whipped cream and lots of fruit.

Ingredients
* 1/2 cup dark chocolate
* 1 1/2 cups raw cashews
* 3 tablespoons cacao powder
* 1/4 cup + 1 TBSP maple syrup (or honey)
* 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
* 1 TSP pure vanilla extract
* pinch of salt

Steps
Soak cashews for at least 4 hours (or overnight), drain and rinse. Melt chocolate using double boiler (or microwave). Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until its smooth and creamy. Place in custard bowls and refrigerate. Best served chilled!
