Granola Snackboard

What can I say, I like to make everything fun – and that includes granola. Yum!

Try this homemade and healthy granola recipe and have some fun by making it into a snack board. A feast for the eyes and tummy.

SNACK BOARD
It's all about the toppings. Add as many of your favourites as you want.

- granola
- coconut yoghurt
- farm maple syrup
- fruit
- nuts & seeds
- dried fruit
- coconut
- dark chocolate

GRANOLA
Slow and low is the way to go with granola. Keep an eye on it until it's golden brown perfection. Recipe from @yaworsky_wellness

- 2 Cups Oats (Gluten Free)
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Pecans
- 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Dried Unsweetened Cranberries
- 1 1/2 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all dry ingredients, except cranberries, in bowl. Mix together. Melt coconut oil in a glass dish in the microwave. Add coconut oil to dry mixture and toss until fully coated.

Spread mixture on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 35 minutes stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Remove from oven and stir in the cranberries. Let cool before serving.

Makes 8 servings.
